Bruce King jr is not a professional, nor is this a professional operation. I asked Bruce for a quote or an estimate IN WRITING, and he was baffled. He said he has never given an estimate or a quote in his whole career. I dropped my vehicle off and asked him to CALL ME if the job was more than his VERBAL quote. He was $200 off on a $400 job and never called me. I could never recommend someone who does not do what they say, as now I am sure the labor I was charged with was also fictitious. The guy sits a desk next to a phone all day long, but the idea of calling his customer, when he agreed to do so, just eluded him ?? More like, "I'm going to overcharge this customer, NOT call him, and after he gets his bill it will be too late for him to do anything about it". Not too smart for a small town operation. Terrible experience.
